Refund Policy

1. Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required to book any Lit360 Events services. This deposit is non-refundable.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Failure to make this payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations

• Within 48 hours of booking: Eligible for a full refund of all payments made.

• After 48 hours of booking: Deposits are non-refundable. 

• Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.​

4. Rescheduling

• A $50 rescheduling fee will apply to all date changes.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the requested new date is unavailable, the original booking will remain in place, and no changes can be made.
