Terms & Conditions

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.
If payment is not received by the due date, Lit360 reserves the right to cancel services without refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.
After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. If the new date is unavailable, the original booking stands.

The client must ensure adequate space, access, and power supply for equipment setup (minimum 10x10 ft space for 360 booth and 110V power outlet).
Venue must allow sufficient loading/unloading access for setup and breakdown.
The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits or venue approvals for mobile bar or 360 booth setup.

Lit360 Events is a dry hire service, meaning alcohol is not provided unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
The client is responsible for supplying all alcoholic beverages and ensuring that all guests consuming alcohol are 21+ years of age.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest appearing intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
Any permits or venue permissions required for alcohol service are the Client's responsibility.
Parking and load-in access must be available for setup and breakdown.

The client is responsible for any damage to Lit360 equipment caused by guests' negligent or intentional actions during the event.
Guests use the 360 Photo Booth and Mobile Bar at their own risk. Lit360 is not liable for injuries or accidents related to misuse of equipment.
Any lost or stolen props or accessories will be charged to the client at replacement cost.
Lit360 is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by guest intoxication or misuse of alcohol.
The Client is financially responsible for any damage to bartending equipment or property caused by guests.

By booking with Lit360, the client grants permission for photos and videos captured at the event to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Lit360 is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, power outages, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If services cannot be provided due to circumstances within Lit360’s control, a refund or rescheduled service will be offered.

Any event running beyond the agreed-upon time will incur an overtime fee, billed at $100 per hour (subject to staff availability).

Lit360 follows local health and safety guidelines for all events.
The client is responsible for ensuring the event complies with venue and state regulations regarding gatherings and alcohol service.

By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
